Important Ordering Information:
- All pieces are available in different finishes. Please specify your preferred finish when placing your order.
- Ring orders: If ordering rings we will need your ring size. The most accurate way to do this is to go to a local jewelry store and ask to have your ring finger sized.
- All orders need to be paid in full before we start your piece.
- Orders will be shipped via FedEx ground insured at a rate of $20.00 per shipment (order of 1 piece). Add $8.00 for each additional item.
- 6.5% sales tax will be automatically charged to all FL residents.
- We accept: Cash | Visa | Mastercard | American Express | Discover
All pieces are custom made so please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery from the time we receive payment. We will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible!

Please understand that every piece we make is custom designed just for you. Therefore, we regret that we can not give refunds. However, we understand that mistakes happen and we will do our best to make you happy.
